Lock Repairs

Locks can wear out over time, especially in Wyoming's harsh climate. If your lock is sticking, not turning smoothly, or not latching properly, we can repair or rebuild it.

Common lock problems we fix: • Sticky or hard-to-turn locks • Keys that won't go in or come out • Locks that won't latch or deadbolts that won't extend • Loose door handles • Frozen locks (a common winter issue in Jackson!)

Frozen locks are especially common during Jackson Hole winters. Moisture gets into the lock mechanism and freezes, making it impossible to insert or turn your key. We can thaw and service frozen locks, and apply treatments to help prevent future freezing.

Sometimes repair is more cost-effective than replacement — we'll give you an honest assessment.
